With over a decade of experience in information technology, I transitioned to freelancing in early 2020, adapting to the evolving landscape of remote work brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic. I specialize in IT support and system administration, providing comprehensive technical solutions that ensure seamless operations and optimized performance for my clients.
My expertise spans troubleshooting, network and server management, and user support, allowing me to deliver responsive and reliable service across a range of IT environments. I successfully completed NordVPN setup projects for overseas clients, enhancing their security and remote access capabilities.
I successfully completed a MikroTik router setup project to create a secure and efficient hotspot area at a coffee shop in Abu Dhabi. The setup included custom configurations like traffic shaping to optimize bandwidth usage, a captive portal for user authentication, and robust security features to ensure a safe and reliable network for customers.
I completed a data center project where we initially relied on a large amount of hardware. However, the setup was streamlined by transitioning to a virtualized environment using Proxmox. This approach significantly reduced hardware dependency and improved overall efficiency.
